Changed your mind? (online orders)

You can return anything you bought online within 7 days of delivery. This is your cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Send it back unworn, with its tags and box. You pay for the return shipping.

When it reaches us we refund what you paid for it, including the delivery fee you paid on that order. The refund is made as soon as the item arrives, and never later than 30 days after you cancel.

Wrong size

We will exchange it for your size. You pay to send it back, and we ship the replacement to you free.

Faulty or wrong item

If an item is faulty, or we sent you the wrong item, we pay the shipping both ways. You choose: a refund or a replacement.

Bought in one of our stores

In-store purchases can be exchanged, or returned for store credit. Store credit is for in-store purchases and exchanges.
